2.5 When you order online, a copy of our terms and conditions will be provided to you upon order confirmation or at the latest upon delivery. The format allows you to save or print these terms, which we recommend you do.

3.1 If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to certain conditions, we will explicitly state this in the offer.
3.2 We always describe as fully and accurately as possible what you are buying and how the ordering process will work. In all cases, the description is sufficiently detailed to enable you to make a proper assessment. When we use photos, they are a faithful reflection of the goods and/or services. Mistakes are human, and if we’ve obviously made one, we’re not obliged to answer for it.

Finally, the last step gives you an overview page, you accept our terms of sale and you confirm your payment by pressing the order icon with the legend “order with payment obligation”. Once all these steps have been completed, your purchase is final.
